After 15 years in Finance & HR and a burnout in 2014, I decided to shift gears and focus on helping people feel happy & fulfilled in who they are and what they do.

Since then, I have been supporting hundreds of people through coachings and / or facilitations to achieve their goals and overcome their challenges
